- Annual athletic physicals must be on file before entering any sport. Forms are posted on the CFISD web site at Departments; Athletics. For more information contact our athletic trainer Coach Tim Morris
- All sports will require athletes to provide their own transportation to and from practices held during non-school hours.
- Those athletes who register in an athletic class but fail to make a team after evaluation and tryouts will be placed in a PE class. This could change the student’s schedule.
- All student athletes are required to be in an Athletic period to participate.
